Green Day “American Idiot” Musical to go on World Tour [VIDEO]

This past Saturday the final curtain droped on the Broadway run of Green Day's musical American Idiot.  After the final performance on Broadway, Green Day performed an extra hour-long concert for those in attendence.  Rolling Stone reported that the band did a ten song set with some of their hits and some cover songs, including the classice theme from the Spider-Man cartoon made famous by the Ramones. 

Producers of the show also announce that American Idiot the musical will go on a national tour in December, followed by a world tour with stops in Europe, Japan, and Australia and a movie is in the works.
