A video popped up online last week showing two men making a point about police reactions. These two men wanted to make videos showing how police reacted to them carrying AR-15 rifles in public. They both were walking in states that have 'open carry' laws, which allow them to carry these guns in the manner that they were, without incident.

Both were stopped by police. However in the first video, the police a pretty polite, calm, and conversational. However in the second video, the officer immediately drew his gun, forced the man onto the ground, and called for multiple vehicles and officers to respond.

What is the difference between the two men? The one in the first video, who had the polite response from police, is white. The man who had an entire department called on him, is black.
