On March 28, the legendary Meat Puppets (how many bands can say they heavily influenced Nirvana and Soundgarden?) will be taking the stage of the brand new Voodoo Cafe in downtown Shreveport!

Why are things so unfair and out of whack? We lost Kurt Cobain far too soon, yet some how Lana Del Ray is still kicking and covering Nirvana songs during her tour in Australia.

Shinedown and Evanescence are co-headlining along with special guests Art of Dying and they're coming to the Centurylink Center.

Yesterday, our friends at The Riverside Warehouse asked an interesting question on their facebook page: "Hey everyone. We need your input on this one. How many of you would come see the new Saliva?" The question generated a surprising number of responses, with over 90% answering with a resounding "Yes!" There were a few maybes, and a couple of definite 'No's" A good sign

WOW! What a crowd Saturday night (4/30/11) at the Riverside Warehouse! I missed the River Blindness set (but I know they were awesome!), but Static Cycle and A New Revolution both put on amazing shows.  And I hardly saw any floor space uncovered during Drowning Pool's set...

This is for all my 90's grunge rock music fans.  Soundgarden has announced a Reunion Tour for 2011.  If there is ever a concert you need to plan for, well my friends this is the concert.  How often will you get the chance to see one of the most amazing bands of the 90's in concert...

Well, to took long enough, but we finally got our FIRST submission for Almost on Stage with Avenged Sevenfold from Warner Brothers Records! Jeremy got his friends to help him create this video to hopefully get Almost on Stage during Avenged Sevenfold's set next Friday! If he wins, which friend do you think he'll pick to go with him?
