It was the most exciting Iron Bowl in history. It was arguably the wildest ending to a college game ever. And Auburn’s last-second upset of No. 1 Alabama was just one of the highlights. Here are some things we learned this week in college football.

The LSU Tigers (9-2, 5-2) will end its season Friday at Arkansas (4-7, 2-5). The Razorbacks have not won much but they can still move the ball. The Razorbacks have given the Tigers problems from time to time over the years in games played in Arkansas.

The LSU Tigers beat the Towson Tigers 38-22 in Tiger Stadium Saturday night. That score was a lot closer than I expected it to be, but LSU seemed to have a hard time just getting into the game and some plays were sloppy.

Towson will visit Death Valley and play the LSU Tigers this Saturday,  Sept. 29, 2012.  Hear the massacre (an incident where some group is killed by another) on 1130 The Tiger. Yep, they want to take on Louisiana State University, three-time national champion and perennial SEC powerhouse... LMBO. We're grinning too Les!

LSU university posted on it's website, "A bomb threat has been reported on the LSU campus," please evacuate as calmly and quickly as possible."

When you hear a KISS song, you automatically think football, right?  Maybe not, but if you're looking for a band to open your football telecasts, I'd take KISS over Faith Hill every time.  Unless Faith is in her underwear.  Or a wet t-shirt.  But, I digress.

After weeks of negotiation and “will they or won’t they” speculation, the Southeastern Conference finally made it official on Sunday, announcing its acceptance of Missouri as the league’s 14th school. The Tigers are expected to make the move next summer at the same time as fellow Big 12 member Texas A&M, which is also leaving for the SEC.
