Record Store Day rolls around again on Saturday, April 19th, and vinyl diehards all over the country (world, actually...) will head to their favorite - or in Shreveport's case, only - record store, hoping to score a rarity from one of their favorite bands.

While there is a chance that you might get lucky and happen across "THE ONE", that slab of vinyl your collection is screaming for...since the special stuff is limuited in number, more than likely all you'll find is what you see in the store on a regular basis. Your best bet is to see if the guys at Day Old Blues - the last bastion of vinyl in Shreveport/Bossier - can order it for you in advance.

That being said, here's a list of the the "best of" (your concept of best may vary) the special releases dropping for this year's Record Store Day. Keep in mind, those numbers are WORLDWIDE availability, so go with an open mind, and just enjoy the experience!
