If you've seen me lately, I've been trying to get into shape (or at least not be a total trainwreck). So, I've been cutting back on the drinking, the smoking and trying to hit the gym on a semi-regular basis. But, I don't know about you, the hardest for me working out is staying motivated. That's why the music is key. It gets the blood pumping and pushes me to work harder and go a little longer.

So, whether you are trying to hit the gym for the first time or an old gym rat in need of some new tunes...hopefully you'll enjoy what I've been jamming to here lately. IT'S CLOBBERIN' TIME...GET OUT AND DESTROY SOMETHING!
