How the DNC Chose Tonight’s Convention Speaker [PHOTO]

The Democratic National Committee’s convention continues tonight, and in an apparent slight to Joe Biden, the main Wednesday night speech will not be made by the traditional speaker (the Vice President), but instead, by former President Bill Clinton.  Is there a strategic reason for the move? Jest.com has uncovered this “amazing, totally real, not at all made-up document the Democrats used to choose tonight’s big speaker.”
