This morning on the air, Free Beer & Hot Wings talked to Shaun Evans who, with his son Shamus, is currently doing something that will make you feel like you're the laziest person in the world. And it's all for a great cause. Oh, and it's a great, heartwarming story as well.
When Shamus was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, he and he dad decided that they didn't want that to stop them from doing the things they loved to do together. So, Shaun got Shamus a special wheelchair so that he could join his dad on his runs.

Shamus enjoyed running with his dad so much that they both decided that they would do something bigger than anyone could ever imagine. They decided that they will run across the United States this summer, running 50 miles a day for 70 days, all while giving out special equipment to families in need of help with their children with CP.

Their journey across the country just started on the Fourth of July, so they're super early into the trip but Shaun already had some great stories to tell us this morning. You can listen to the interview below.
