Dave Grohl Wants the Right to Say No to ‘Glee’ [VIDEO]

Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters has made no secret of his scorn for ‘Glee.’ Grohl told the Hollywood Reporter in March that he doesn’t believe musicians should feel pressured to allow their music on the show and reiterated that position in a big way on ‘Chelsea Lately’ last night.
Grohl told Chelsea Handler he took issue with Ryan Murphy after the ‘Glee’ co-creator bashed musicians for not permitting their songs on the musical comedy-drama.
“As a musician, you should be able to say no. You should be able to say, ‘No, I don’t want to do your show,’” said Grohl. “Why should you have to say, ‘Okay, Glee. Take my song and turn it into a f***ing musical?’”
Grohl’s rant starts at the 2:50 mark:
