The eponymous debut album from Royal Blood drops next week (8/25...the E.P. "Out of the Black" was released in February), with the first single "Figure It Out" already climbing the Rock charts.

The band - all two of them - were so excited by the thought of spending millions of someone else's money to record their epic initial masterpiece that they brought a film crew into the studio to follow them around and make a "Making of" documentary. Which makes me green with envy, because I always wanted a film crew to follow me around and make a documentary about me. Granted, a ninety minute film about me sitting on the couch eating Jalapeno Cheetos while watching the Golden Girls doesn't seem to be a project that Academy Awards are made from, it would be nice to have SOMETHING to leave behind. Besides 14 years of soggy Playboys and beat-up old band t-shirts...

But I digress...

They have this "Making of 'Royal Blood'" documentary series all recorded and ready to go, so the least I can do is show it to you. So I will. Enjoy Part 1:
