With most of the rain done, the attention for the flooding is now moving to the runoff. The buoys are filling, the Red River is filling, and the levees are doing their job.

Even though there are some concerns still, everything seems to be holding.

The Red River is just under 30 feet right now, which is flood stage, with a total forecasted crest  is about 31.5 feet. That height is expected to be reached on Tuesday. For comparison, last June's highest peak was over 37 feet.
