What Porn Were Women Searching For This Valentine’s Day?

This past Sunday was Valentine's Day, you all knew that (unless you didn't do anything on Sunday, were in a relationship, got dumped Monday, and can't figure out why...then maybe you didn't know). Everyone is probably aware because they were doing some activity with their significant other, OR you knew because you weren't doing anything with anyone. Based on the internet comments I've seen this week, I feel like the people who didn't do anything were more aware than those who did.

Well here we go, thank you to the fine folks over at pornhub.com for providing everyone with their traffic insights. They literally give the public all of the data they collect from users. (Oh yeah, all of your porn sites are doing that to you, these guys are just the honest ones) Because they share this info, we get INCREDIBLE looks at what people are actually doing with themselves on the internet.

The Valentine's data is very eye-opening. Check this out:

The traffic spike for posts using the word 'Valentine' jump like crazy, which is a pretty big no-brainier. Like you can imagine, not a lot of people are searching for the term in October.

But what comes next is the spicy part...what were ladies searching the porn site for? Here you are:

And the list actually goes on, but the main point are these top numbers. The term 'dare' appears TWICE in the top three female searches. But how do we read the data? Does this mean that the term 'dare' only had significance to women around Valentine's Day, or does it have a big search increase simply based on the influx of new women to the site on Valentine's Day?

These are questions that we can't simply answer with the data, but we at least can focus the questions. But who the hell really cares about that, you just wanted to get over here to see how freaky the results were.
