Weezer broke through in 1994 on the strength of the Happy Days-influenced video for "Buddy Holly." Now, their new clip for "Feels Like Summer" lovingly pays homage to Guns N' Roses' "Paradise City" video.

"It Feels Like Summer in Paradise City," the band wrote in the description on the YouTube page for it. "This is our tribute to the one and only Guns N’ Roses." And yes, it mirrors the feel of the Appetite for Description hit, right down to the half-black-and-white and half-color feel. Rivers Cuomo is decked out like Axl Rose and guitarist Brian Bell is wearing Slash's top hat. A press release we received tells us that it was filmed last month at the Arroyo Seco Weekend festival in Pasadena, Calif.

Weezer, who are expected to release information about a new album soon, will playing festivals across the U.S., beginning with Bumbershoot in Seattle on Sept. 2 and finishing up on Sept. 17 at the Meadows Music and Arts Festival in New York on Sept. 17. They have three more shows in the U.S. in early October before heading off to Europe for two weeks. You can see all the U.S. dates below and get full details on their website.
