Ninna’s Road to Rescue is a non-profilt, no-kill animal shelter and pet adoption center located in Benton. Their mission is to rescue and re-home dogs, including those dogs in kill-shelters,and a handful of cats; to provide assistance to those pet owners needing to re-home their pet via our Adoption Assistance Program; and to provide responsible pet ownership education.
Ninna Lopez, the Founder and Director of Ninna’s Road to Rescue, has spent the last four and a half years managing the shelter. Together with President, Laura Mitchell, they have rescued and re-homed thousands of animals including senior dogs and puppy mill breeder dogs.
Some rescues came from kill-shelters, and the rest came from pet-owners in need of re-homing their loved pet. Most places, these dogs rarely get adopted and more often are euthanized. Ninna’s gives animals a chance to live, to be adopted, to be loved.
Ninna’s is located in Benton and appointments are available by phoning (318) 617-8670 or emailing them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Supply donations are always welcome and can be dropped off at Benton Animal Hospital, 195 Burt Blvd., Benton, or if you know the address to the rescue, you can bring it by anytime between 11-4 p.m. or on Sundays 1-4 p.m.
