Unintentional Penis: Dick Nose

Some people have unfortunate birthmarks. Some people have a jacked up face where it isn't symmetrical.

Some people have things that require instant rhionplasty...and this would be one of them. While this man has an unfortunate look, to start with, the more disturbing part is that this guy has a penis for a proboscis. Poor guy, what kind of parents allow this to happen and stay this way.
