Tom Cruise Getting Lessons from Axle Rose’s Vocal Coach

Thankfully he's not pursuing a music career, he'll just play one in the movies.

Tom Cruise will be playing the lead role, Stacee Jaxx, in New Line Cinema's film "Rock of Ages," based off the smash Broadway production that featured popular music from the 70's and 80's.  

In order to pull off a song like Bon Jovi's Wanted Dead or Alive, Cruise has been taking vocal lessons from Axle Rose's coach. I mean it's not like he's doing anything these days.

To me, Tom Cruise doesn't quite seem like a logical choice.  But really, who would you think we be best suited to play Stacee Jaxx?
