There's a lot of FAKE scary stuff, but the scariest stuff is the stuff that's true. Like a card game from the early 90s successfully predicting the future.

Back in 1994, Steve Jackson Games produced a card game called Illuminati. The game was loosely based on the 1975 book The Illuminatus! Trilogy by Robert Anton Wilson and Robert Shea. The game involved shadowy organizations, conspiracy theories, laced with real-world events.
