Less than a week after pulling 'The Interview' from theaters because of terrorist threats, Sony has reversed itself and plans a limited theatrical release on Christmas Day. And among the theaters chosen to show the controversial film: Shreveport's Robinson Film Center!

In addition to the Robinson, 'The Interview', will open in several hundred independent cinemas rather than in the major chains. The studio had originally planned to show the movie at about 3,000 locations.

Sony originally cancelled the film's opening after suspected North Korean hackers compromised the studio's computer security, then threatened violence against theaters.

'The Interview', starring Seth Rogen and James Franco, is a black comedy about a plot to assassinate North Korean dictator Kim Jung Un.
