Lock up your daughters! Heck, lock up everything you own while you’re at it, because the Hives are touring this summer. But before this news sends entire societies into panic, check the dates below. The Swedish band will play only nine cities in the United States in Canada over the course of less than two weeks in June.

The Hives will open up at the 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C. on June 19. From there it’s a reign of arson, danger and destruction (in honor of bandmembers Nicholaus Arson, Chris Dangerous and Dr. Matt Destruction) up the Northeast corridor, into Canada and back down through the Midwest before finishing up at the Vic Theatre in Chicago on June 30.

The shows are to immediately promote their new album, ‘Lex Hives,’ which will be released on June 5. The Hives are planning a more extensive tour of the United States for the fall.

But if you must see them now, check out their performances of their new single ‘Go Right Ahead’ on Monday’s (April 23) episode of ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ or ‘Tick Tick Boom’ from their raucus set at Coachella on April 15.
