Throwback Thursday: Remember That Time Avenged Sevenfold Was On TRL?

Once upon a time, when MTV actually played music, there was a little show call Total Request Live starring Carson Daily (and then a revolving door of hosts including Damien Fahey, Hilarie Burton, Vanessa Minnillo, Quddus, La La Vasquez, and Susie Castillo). This show forced many artist into the mainstream including the Backstreet Boys, NSYNC, and 98 Degrees just to name a few. Then a little band called Good Charlotte came out and MTV figured out that teenaged girls like cute guys with tattoos and crazy colored hair. So, they started booking and playing every band that even remotely fit that bill including a little band called Avenged Sevenfold.
