Stone Sour have yet to reveal the lead single from their forthcoming ‘House of Gold and Bones‘ album, but a few fans have been lucky enough to already hear a new track from the disc. ‘Taciturn’ appeared in the set list for Corey Taylor while he was overseas in Europe, as the singer played it acoustically for audiences to check out for the first time.

Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor has never been one to shy away from his opinions and in a new interview he discusses the current state of metal, the evolution of the genre, and the continued disrespect it receives from the mainstream media.

Ever since he was a kid, Corey Taylor has wanted to write a book. The Slipknot and Stone Sour front man finally fulfilled his dream with the recently released hardcover Seven Deadly Sins: Settling the Argument Between Born Bad and Damaged Goods (Da Capo Press).

Front man for Stone Sour and Slipknot, Corey Taylor, is about as talented as they get.   We've known his talents as a song writer and now we get to experience that talent in book form. The book, Seven Deadly Sins hit stores earlier this week, and I've already added it to my Wishlist on my Kindle.
