Who Knew Rugby Was So Awesome?
To me, rugby just seems like one of those crazy sports that national tv networks try to push so they can have something else to sell (kind of like soccer). On top of that, the rules just seemed way to difficult for any normal American to understand

Eli and Payton Manning are Football Cops [VIDEO]
The Manning Brothers, Eli and Payton, have been spending their time during the NFL Lockout doing a fake ad for a new show on DirecTV called "Football Cops."
The story line is simple enough: the Mannings portray two former football super stars that hang it all up to save the streets of the most crime ridden streets in country by using their unique skills to "take down" perps with footballs.
A Horse of A Different Color
The reality of living is that it sucks. There is a lot of pain and loss in life. However, human nature sometimes forces us to do ridiculously dangerous and painful acts to make ourselves feel better. The new rage in the self inflicted pain department is Horse Boarding
One Legged Wrestler Now National Champ
We are not big college wresting or Arizona State University fans, but we are a fan of Anthony Robles who is the reigning NCAA 125 lbs wrestling champion.
Before him, we never watch much college wrestling. He defeated the previous champ, sophmore from Iowa Matt McDonough, last weekend by an impressive 7-1! Oh and did we mention he was born with only one leg. It give a whole new meaning to a one legged man in an ass kicking contest...Robles would probably win that as well.
Here's the AMAZING video.
Caltech Ended a 26-Year, 310-Game Losing Streak! [VIDEO]
Caltech . . . in Pasadena, California . . . is more like a brain factory than a school. With less than 1,000 undergraduate students a year, 31 Nobel Prize winners it has been the breeding ground for some of the best science and engineering minds in the history of America.
It also proves the point that super smart and super coordinated don't go together. In fact, Caltech doesn't give out athletic scholarships, so anyone who plays on their basketball team has to get into the school the hard way . . . by being a super genius/gigantic nerd.
Banned Super Bowl Ads [VIDEO]
Remember when the commercials that aired during the Super Bowl were as big a deal as he game itself? Yeah, there's still some good stuff during the game, but a lot of companies have taken the fun out it by jumping the gun and airing their "Super Bowl" commercials days before the big game. Not to mention the internet "leaks". So we've seen a lot of these special commercials days, or even weeks before kickoff.
That leaves us with the commercials that were "banned" from this year's game. Publicity stunt or actual censorship? Who knows? But for whatever reason, you won't be seeing these ads tonight:
When Did LSU Fans Become Corn Dogs?
Recently I took a trip to the "Big D" for a get together with a few fellow LSU fans. That get together was the 75th anniversary of the AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic in the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium. Just as I was trying to get over the shock and awe of "Jerry's World" I was blown away by the fact that to the Texas A&M fans, I was just a walking wiener on a stick dipped in batter and deep fried.
