Skillet will be heading out on a headlining U.S. tour in late September in support of their ninth studio album, 'Unleashed.'

Wisconsin-based rock band Skillet swung by the 99X studio Saturday (Feb. 8) ahead of their performance at the Roadshow Christian Concert in Bossier City to chat unlikely inspiration, living in uncertain times and...cheeseheads. They also broke out a unique version of their current radio hit 'Sick of It' off the album 'Rise.'

It's gonna be to be another kick-ass month of rock in Shreveport-Bossier, including shows from Chimaira, IWrestledABearOnce, Blameshift, and (HED) PE!
