Shinedown, Papa Roach, Skillet + In This Moment Highlight 2013 Carnival of Madness Tour
Shinedown headlined the inaugural Carnival of Madness trek back in 2010, but stepped aside as Theory of a Deadman and Evanescence did the honors the past two years.
