Picks of the week

Great voting week for round 18, gang! Not a record, but way better than the previous week. It was a close one, but the winner is American Swindle. The guys won by just over 100 votes. We'll be playing their tune "X's for Eyes" on 99x this week...

First...congrats to Double Eleven, last week's Homegrown Picks winner! Kind of a low voting week, but they are the definitive winner.  You can hear Hard Rain on 99x this week. For our next round, it's a South/Central Texas Showdown...since I do have a lot of favorite bands from the Lonestar State...

The votes weren't quite as high last week as the week before (by a long shot!!), but one band swept up the majority of the votes.  Congrats to locals Our Precious Demise (I think it might have been that amazing lady Cat on vocals that helped make that happen)...
