Angela Simmons is the daughter of rap icon Joseph “Run” Simmons of Run DMC. She founded the Pastry shoe line with older sister Vanessa Simmons and publishes a monthly magazine for teens called Angela’s Rundown. She recently posed naked for a PETA ad and will be the star of their campaign called “Eating Meat Is a Sin: Go Vegetarian.”

You know the old saying "a day late and a dollar show?" I just now saw at KTBS.com that yesterday PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) protested in Downtown Shreveport in true PETA fashion.

Chicks with panties and pasties were in front of the Caddo Courthouse at around noon yesterday with a strategic sign reading PETA's slogan "Bare Skin Don't Wear Skin."

Remember when the commercials that aired during the Super Bowl were as big a deal as he game itself? Yeah, there's still some good stuff during the game, but a lot of companies have taken the fun out it by jumping the gun and airing their "Super Bowl" commercials days before the big game. Not to mention the internet "leaks". So we've seen a lot of these special commercials days, or even weeks before kickoff.

That leaves us with the commercials that were "banned" from this year's game. Publicity stunt or actual censorship? Who knows? But for whatever reason, you won't be seeing these ads tonight:
