If you listen to me on the air or have been to Excalibur Comics lately, you that one of the most talked about things in the comic world is the up coming Daredevil Netflix series. Personally, I love Daredevil because he's like Batman without the money, gadgets, or sidekicks. He's a seriously jacked up blind karate master that strives to make his little section of New York (Hell's Kitchen) a safer place to be. Today, Marvel released the latest trailer for the Daredevil series and holy crap is it good!
I'm totally ready for April to get here! Not only is it time for warmer weather and spring concerts, but Netflix will be unleashing Daredevil on to the world! I'm a huge Daredevil nerd boy. I'm totally into the idea of a blind dude with no real super powers or money running around and kicking ass. And from what I've seen of the new show, it looks AMAZING! Check out the trailer, some new still photos, and the brand spanking new motion trailer! I've already set aside 15 hours and money for pizza & Red Bull for April 10th!
Frank Underwood didn’t exactly make it to the White House on honest terms, but ‘House of Cards’ season 3 has some explaining to do of its Netflix arrival. The Kevin Spacey political drama briefly made an appearance on Netflix’s streaming platforms well in advance of its February 27 premiere, so what does Francis have to say for himself?
I mentioned this yesterday, but I love all of the Marvel 'Street Heroes' ie Daredevil and the Punisher. And I am pretty jacked that Marvel got back the rights to both of those characters and is releasing a Netflix series starring Daredevil. A lot of folks I know still have a bad taste in their mouth from the Ben Affleck movie, but judging by the first official trailer, this show is going to be BAD ASS! I'm so happy ole horn head is getting some serious treatment.
We’ve been looking forward to Marvel’s Netflix ‘Daredevil’ for well over a year now, and with production having moved onto ‘AKA Jessica Jones,’ the streaming service has finally set a premiere for the first of its street-level heroes. ‘Daredevil’ will officially hit Netflix in its first season entirety April 10, the first of ‘The Defenders‘ to hit the streets, and with a brand new poster!
The ongoing firestorm against Bill Cosby has only swelled in recent weeks, as more and more allegations of rape emerge against the once-revered comedian, so it wasn’t any surprise that Netflix would opt to discard the November 28 release of a new Cosby standup special. Now, NBC has expectedly followed suit by abandoning development plans for a new Cosby sitcom for 2015.
Halloween is right around the corner. And you can't celebrate Halloween without watching a psychopath butcher some stupid, naked co-eds in the woods. So, to fill the nefarious needs in your black little soul, here is a list of the BEST horror films on Netflix right now.
Are you ready to meet Netflix's "Man Without Fear"? Marvel and Netflix premiered the first look at Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock/Daredevil at Saturday's New York Comic Con panel. If you weren't there to see this superhero's new look in person, check out the photos right here.
Hot off the heels of their partnership with The Weinstein Co. to release their first original feature film ('Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon 2'), Netflix has announced yet another deal that will bring original movies to their subscription service. The company has just announced a deal with Adam Sandler for the exclusive rights to four upcoming movies that the comedian will star in and produce.
We focused on one scene in particular from the series' second season, where Vice President Francis "Frank" Underwood, played by Kevin Spacey, was throwing a baseball and practicing for his upcoming appearance where he would throw out the first pitch at a Major League Baseball game.
