Staind released their latest album, a self-titled masterpiece, back in September of this year. The making of the album was an arduous and well documented process, but now that it’s out the band can sit back and enjoy the fruits of their labor.

So, you think you can really wail on guitar? Well, Staind and Indaba Music are giving fans the chance to add their own solo to their new song "Not Again." Seriously. You could be famous.

The contest started today at IndabaMusic.Com. You can submit your solos through 8pm on August 10th, then its up to the fans to vote on the best solo through August 17th 8pm.

To all you Staind Fans that have hoped that they would get back to the heavy s%*t we came to love them for, get ready for Staind. That's the name of the up coming release from Staind on Atlantic Records, their seventh album.

I was privileged to hear the first song, yet to be released to radio, that we will get to feast our ears on in mid July. The song is Not Again. I can tell you that it gave me chill bumps.

I can't wait to listen to the entire album!
