Matt Sorum in Talks to Write Guns N' Roses Movie

When Guns N’ Roses were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame earlier this month, some people weren’t terribly happy that Matt Sorum was included, saying that since he didn’t join GnR until 1990, he missed the mayhem of their early years and rise to fame with ‘Appetite for Destruction.’

Still, he seems to have experienced plenty of GnR madness — enough, in fact, that he says he’s considering writing a movie about it.

By now we all know how things went down at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremonies last night - Axl was a no show (or was...is...he just veeeeerrrrryyyy late???). He said he wasn't going to be there, and true to his word...he wasn't. That didn't stop the rest of the guys from Guns 'N' Roses (from various versions of G 'N' R) from accepting the honor - with class.

After a tumultuous few weeks that saw both Axl Rose and Izzy Stradlin bail from attending Guns N’ Roses induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the band members who showed up to accept the honors — Slash, Steven Adler, Matt Sorum and Duff McKagan — did so with style.
