<p><a href="http://www.mercurynews.com/crime-courts/ci_18800690">The Mercury News</a> explains that a truck, illegally carrying marijuana, crashed and ended up on its side sending large bags of pot throughout the intersection. The driver hightailed it out of sight and that’s when the real fun started. </p>
