Since the bands formation in 1998 there has been turmoil and inner struggles that have plagued the band as a group and individually. Now it seems their biggest hurtle is before them, and its almost Shakespearean as the drama unfolds.

The suit, filed in Los Angeles, claims that Maguire won over $300,000 from hedge fund manager Brad Ruderman. Ruderman allegedly used some of the money he had earned from an illegal Ponzi scheme, in which he embezzled investor funds to pay off his debts. Now, the investors want their money back.
