For those of you who didn't know, back a few years ago I used to produce our local rock show "Homegrown." Do you remember a local band iwrestledabearonce? I remember them well. The first time I heard them I was, to put it lightly, knocked on my ass.

Well the 5-some is now based out of LA and getting some pretty good ink. They've got a new album coming out July 26th called "Ruining It For Everybody" on Century Media Records .
