So there's not a whole lot of context to this video, but from what we get to see, this woman should be removed from the public. We get this short video where a woman explains that the SUV ahead of her almost hit her, and to document it (possibly get her plate number) the woman pulls out her phone and starts filming...

I've said it 1,000 times, I will say it 1,000 more...I LOVE RUSSIAN DASH CAMS! I'm so thankful for the fact that enough of the Russian population is willing to throw themselves into moving traffic that all drivers need these cams. Because they bring me great joy...
