As if the coal mining industry didn't have enough to worry about with all the "green" initiatives sweeping the nation.

The lawyers for big coal are not taking this study lying down. A letter drafted by the lawyers for the National Mining Association pointed to a nasty stereotype about the people of West Virginia.
