Caddo sheriff's detectives have arrested a Stonewall man for cyberstalking his ex-girlfriend.

Sheriff Steve Prator says 42-year-old Scott Bailey is accused of sending repeated texts, emails and Facebook messages to his ex since July 1. According to Detective Bobby Herring, the calls and messages averaged 15-20 times a day at all hours, and contained harassing, vulgar and sexual messages.

Bailey was told by the sheriff's office before his arrest to stop contacting the victim, but he ignored those demands. He was arrested in DeSoto Parish and brought to Caddo Correctional Center, where he was booked on a cyberstalking warrant.
