Schools (Might Be) Out…

To loosely quote  Alice Cooper "School's (Might Be) Out For- Just a Few Days..." Schools could be closing or already closed early.  Check out the updated list.

Caddo Parish Schools are closed tomorrow, Friday, February 4th.

Bossier Parish Schools are closed tomorrow, Friday, February, 4th.

DeSoto Parish Schools will be closed tomorrow, Friday, February 4th.

Red River Parish Schools will be closed tomorrow, Friday, February 4th.

Night classes at Panola College’s Shelby College Center and the Shelby Regional Training Center have been cancelled for Today.

Natchitoches Parish schools let out at 1 p.m. today, and will be closed tomorrow

Northwestern State University, including NSU School of Nursing, in Shreveport closed today at 12:30pm and will remain closed through tomorrow. Classes resume Monday.

Shreve Memorial Library and its branches will close today at 5:00 p.m. It has not been decided if the Libraries will close tomorrow or not.

Bossier Parish Community College has canceled all evening classes that begin at 5:00pm or after today, because of the deteriorating weather. A decision on Friday’s classes has not yet been made.

Evangel Christian Academy in Shreveport will begin classes at 10:00 am Friday.

Louisiana Tech University in Ruston and on Barksdale Air Force Base has canceled all late afternoon and evening classes effective at 3:00pm today, and will be closed tomorrow, Friday, February 4th. Essential University personnel will be required to report to work as scheduled. Normal operations and schedules will resume on Monday, February 7th.

Beckville ISD in Panola County, TX will have a late start tomorrow. Students are to report to school at 10:00 am, Friday.
