Motorhead frontman/bassist (and badass) Lemmy Kilmister isn’t so much miffed at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for virtually ignoring his legendary band and not inducting them into their hallowed halls despite the fact that they’ve been rocking since 1975. He’s got an axe to grind with the powers-that-be over a bigger and more important matter. They lost his ‘Ace of Spades’ tour jacket after he loaned it to them for an exhibit. To quote the kids of ‘South Park,’ those bastards!

In a recent video chat with Artisan News, Lemmy grumbled about the misplacing of his property, saying, “They lost my ‘Ace of Spades’ tour jacket. They had this heavy metal presentation thing and they said could they borrow a pair of boots and a bass and my ‘Ace Of Spades’ tour jacket, so I lent it to them, and they said they lost it. A likely story. Look me in the eye and tell me again. One of their girlfriends is wearing it, no doubt.”

Lemmy is still bristling over the loss. When asked if he would feel better about things if he was inducted into the Hall, he said, “What honor? They owe me a jacket before I’ll even speak to them.”

You hear that, HOF organizers? Find the jacket or risk Lemmy’s wrath.

Lemmy also talked about keeping the current Motorhead lineup in tact and his drinking non-problem.
