The joy on a little girl's face as she plays with one of her favorite dolls can't be denied. I know that I have spent enough money on plastic babies for my daughters to put at least one of them through college.

The dolls...not my daughters.

And when those dolls do something human-like, it makes them even more special.

"Look Daddy...she went tinkle...little Suzi can drink her bottle...my baby is learning to walk...

MY DOLL IS POSSESSED BY THE DEVIL!!!"

Yes, at one point in time...we will call the 70's, toy maker Remco decided to put out a doll that laughs when you push a button on her dress. I'm sure when they had their toy-making meeting, they discussed a sweet giggling little girl who's laugh is infectious and heart warming.

What they got is a plastic, cackling, hell spawn that would creep out any person, young or old, within ear shot. It's that kind of laugh the bad guy in the movies releases right before he pushes the button to blow up the children's hospital/pet shelter.
