Imagine being isolated on a deserted planet. That's where you'll find Pop Evil in the visually stunning new video for their red-hot single "Footsteps."

The band reunited with director Johan Carlen, who has helmed their clips for "Trenches," "Deal With the Devil" and "Torn to Pieces," and brought a live action meets animation look to the video, which finds the band performing on the sand dunes of a dimly lit planet.

“We challenged ourselves to come up with something different for the viewer," says vocalist Leigh Kakaty. "Johan Carlen brought our vision to a whole new light, as it is reflected through this amazing piece of art."

"Footsteps" has already shot up the Active Rock charts and it is the lead single from the band's upcoming album, UP. The disc arrives on Aug. 21 via eOne Music. The group has also issued preview tracks "In Disarray" and "Dead in the Water" ahead of the album's release.
