Bossier Parish Sheriff's Detectives now believe the human skull found off of Highway 157 in Haughton belongs to a missing Webster Parish man. During their search of the area, they found bits of additional skeletal remains. Officers believe a dog in the area possibly scattered the body through the woods.

Officers also found an ID belonging to a 30 year old man who has been missing for several years. Officers have not released the man's name, waiting to confirm the remain's identity through DNA testing.

The body has been sent to the LSU FACES Lab in Baton Rouge to try to determine a cause of death.
