Marco Glass has been arrested after he allegedly led police on a chase through Shreveport and attempted to carjack multiple vehicles. Just before noon on Tuesday, police spotted a car speeding through downtown. When they attempted to pull the car over, Glass allegedly led police on a chase on I-49 before crashing his vehicle on Kings Highway.

After the crash, Glass then allegedly attempted to carjack two vehicles in an attempt to flee police.

He was unsuccessful and was arrested on multiple charges including aggravated flight from an officer and driving under suspension. He still faces charges for the attempted carjackings and had several warrants out for his arrest.

There was a passenger in the vehicle during the entire ordeal and he was taken into custody. At this time, he has yet to be charged with a crime.

An officer involved in the arrest received some minor from a scuffle with the suspect.
