Playboy Sued Over Gender Discrimination…of Men!!!

Today’s Ridiculous lawsuit comes courtesy of one Steve Frye. What?!?! Did another dumbass spill coffee on his lap? Mad because Wal-Mart ran out of $50 Blu-Ray players on Black Friday? No…this douche is upset that attractive women get into the Playboy Mansion for free while men do not.

Seems the “Leather Meets Lace” party at Hef’s place, which was held October 1 as a fundraiser for former Playmate Jenny McCarthy’s Generation Rescue for Autism Awareness charity, charged guys $1,000 for admission while scantily-clad ladies walked in without paying a dime.

Frye later filed suit in California Central Court on behalf of all the men in attendance, claiming Playboy is in violation of the state’s Gender Tax Repeal Act of 1995, which states in part, “No business establishment of any kind whatsoever may discriminate, with respect to the price charged for services of similar or like kind, against a person because of the person’s gender.”

Frye claims allowing women to get in free “promotes harmful, negative stereotypes.” Because lingerie parties at the Playboy Mansion don’t perpetuate those stereotypes at all.

Here’s the deal, Steve…it’s for charity. They have to raise money someway, somehow…and no semi-intelligent supermodel (oxymoron, anyone?) is going to drop $5 to see a gaggle of hairy assed men running around in speedos – much less, a grand. Men, on the other hand, would have a testicle removed to get within 10 feet of a single half-naked Playmate. Make sense, now? No? The sense of irony line forms to the left…
