Monster Truck Surprises Kids at Miss Holli’s Child Development Center

The children at Miss Holli's Child Development Center in Benton got a big and loud surprise this morning, thanks to a visit from Monster Nation's colossal monster truck, "Toxic."

The excited kids were crawling all over the truck, but calmed down enough to pose for some pictures with its driver, Travis. One little boy was so enamored with the machine that he asked his dad, "Can we take it home with us?"

Miss Holli's won the visit after a listener submitted a heartfelt letter to 99X and Monster Nation's "Wake Up the Neighborhood" contest.

The truck is in town this week to take part in Monster Nation's Jurassic Bash at the CenturyLink Center in Bossier City today and tomorrow (Jan. 18-19). Tickets are on sale at Ticketmaster here.
