Mark Tremonti has been keeping busy with Alter Bridge and his solo band, and in a new interview he says  isn't currently on his radar screen.

Creed did a big comeback tour in 2012 and there was talk of doing a new album, but in an interview with Classic Rock magazine, Tremonti says he and the rest of the band have not been in touch with Creed vocalist Scott Stapp since the trek.

"We haven't spoken with Scott since the last tour years ago," Tremonti says. "Me, Flip and Brian haven't talked about doing it, we're just content with doing Alter Bridge and we're busy as hell doing the Tremonti stuff."

Tremonti continues, "I've got a full plate at the moment and I'm perfectly happy with where I'm at. There's no plans [for Creed] right now."

Currently, Tremonti is working on his eponymous band's second album. He handles vocals in addition to playing guitar. The rest of Tremonti includes bassist Wolfgang Van Halen, guitarist Eric Friedman and drummer Garrett Whitlock.

The band is selling album packages that include things like handwritten and signed lyric sheets, studio used PRS guitars, an album listening party and performance and more. Check them out here.

Alter Bridge's latest album 'Fortress' was released in 2013 at debuted at No. 12 on the Billboard 200 album chart. They recently wrapped up U.S. tour, and have a show scheduled in Baltimore on Nov. 26.
