Earlier this week, former LSU Starting quarterback Brandon Harris (Parkway alumni from Bossier City) said he was leaving the LSU football program and Baton Rouge. Now today, another star player has declared that he's leaving the team. But this time, it's on the defensive side of the ball, and a player who was on the path to being a First Round pick in the NFL Draft. The Louisiana Radio Network has the story:

"LSU announced today star outside linebacker and defensive end Arden Key is taking a leave from football for personal reasons. In a statement, Head Coach Ed Orgeron says he fully supports Key in his decision and they look forward to welcoming him back at the appropriate time. No further comments were made. Key had 12 sacks last season and could be a first round pick next year."
