In case you haven't heard, the first ever Louisiana Comic Con is coming to the Bossier Civic Center February 21st! Which is exciting in its own right, but over the past few weeks some killer guests and vendors have been announced for the event. Get a clean pair of Captain America Underoos ready and look at the list of guests below.

Guests

Rob Guillory is an Eisner Award-winning American comic book artist for the Image Comic 'Chew'.

Sam de la Rosa has worked on damn near every major title in comics since the early 80s. Some of the works you might know him from are Predator, Spider-Man, Venom, Carnage, Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Daredevil, Star Wars, Hulk, X-Men,Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Star Trek, and more.

Former professional wrestler Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake who has been in legendary wrestling matches with everyone from Hulk Hogan to the Honky Tonk Man to Mr. Perfect. The guy truly is a WWE/WCW Icon.

Theodus Crane is one of those actors that are in everything but you can't quite place him til somebody points him out. However, for fans of the Walking Dead, you might remember him as Tiny from the Prison season.

Brian Steward is a horror artist that has literally been featured EVERYWHERE! He has been seen in Playboy Magazine, Pro Wrestling Illustrated, on “LIVE! with Regis and Kelly” and in numerous comics, video games, magazines, even children’s books. He has also worked in the animation field as lead animator and designer on many television commercials and corporate videos.

Twin City Knockers Roller Derby Team. You know we love our girls on the roller team so show up and support our local roller derby team.

Vendors

This list of vendors for this thing is AWESOME! Jeff's Comics (from the Greenwood Flea Market) will be out there with all his Silver Age #1s. Excalibur Comics will be there with all the goodies they have from both the Shreveport and Texarkana stores. Also having booths at the LA Comic Con are Cordy's Corner (specializing in Anime and Pop Culture swag), The Digital Media Institute at Intertech and a whole lot more.

And I haven't even began to cover all the Cosplay groups and everyone else that will be out there! This is event is definitely shaping up to be EPIC!
