Is Shreveport Ready for Pickleball?

So, you may be asking yourself - what is Pickleball?  Also, how did Brandon trick me into clicking on his post again?  In order, it's a brand new sport that's sweeping the nation and paying the best Russian hackers.

So, I'm just going to be honest.  I was searching for a sport that was more social interaction than physical activity.  That's when I came across Pickleball.  The name alone begs for more investigation, and it was during that investigation that I may have discovered the SBC's next truly competitive adult-league sport.

It's essentially the love child of regular tennis and table tennis.  Big paddles and huge wiffle-balls combined with team play and a little tournament action?  Yes, please!

Lest you think that this is a passing fad like that underwater basket weaving league that tried to get off of the ground a few years ago, there are tons of places to get your pickle on and lots of player to ball with.  Ultrapickleball.com has a huge list of Pickleball friendly gyms and courts as well as some very legit and official Pickleball gear.
