That sound you hear is a sigh of relief.  A sigh of relief from parents worried that their offspring were doomed to fall into the lure of the pop music dreck of Miley Cyrus and Justin Beiber.

We've seen Ohio music teacher Aaron O'Keefe's students absolutely kill on covers of tunes by Tool, Pantera, Ozzy, and others...and now we go to Indiana, where members of  Floyd Central High School's No Fret Quartet lay down a very sweet version of "Howl" by Beware of Darkness:

 

 

With the musical future of our youth in the hands of instructors like Aaron O'Keefe and FCHS's Doug Elmore, I can sleep a little easier at night...Thank you gentlemen. Thank you from me, and the untold throngs of others who hope to see the talent of kids like these used for rock, and not evil (like the vile, despicable One Direction)...
