As someone who is into eating right and staying active, this can't be true. However, the latest fad in the dieting world is called the "Cake Cleanse" and all you do all day is eat three desserts... Every single day.

The creator of this diet is Deborah Schipper, a 40-year-old in Sydney, Australia. She claims that you can eat cake multiple times a day and still lose weight.

There's a slight catch.

The desserts are made strategically with healthier recipes that include almond milk, coconut flour and Greek yogurt. For Deborah, the idea came when she had a hard time losing weight, but knew she couldn't give up the sugar.

The Cake Cleanse is a four-week cleanse and will cost you $55. I'm thinking at the end of four weeks you'll be so sick of sweets, you won't want to even look at another cupcake OR you'll gain all the weight back because that's what happens when you "cleanse."
