Harley Quinn cosplay from the voice of Harley Quinn

Harley Quinn may be the most tragic character in the Batman universe. She's also the most popular Batman character to make her first appearance outside of a comic book; she first appeared in Batman the Animated series. When Harley first appeared in the animated series, she was voiced by former soap opera star Arleen Sorkin.

Most recently, when Haley has appeared on-screen, it has been in the Arkham and Injustice video game series. Video game Harley is voiced by one of the top voice acting talents in the world, Tara Strong.

Strong has been the voice of some of the biggest cartoons heroes of the last 20 years, from Dil Pickles in Rugrats to Bubbles in Powerpuff Girls, and even Timmy Turner on Fairly Odd Parents. But after these pics, she should ALWAYS be Harley Quinn:
